This September, the Studio 3DX team is heading back to theCannes Yachting Festival, and this year feels particularly special.
For Studio 3DX, Cannes 2026 will be ourmost strongly represented international boat show to date.
We will be attending alongsideKarnic Powerboats, B-Craft, Nautimar Marine, Golden Comet MarineandSeanesthisiswhile also launchingtwo completely new 3D configurator experiencesfor two additional boat manufacturers exhibiting at the show.
Seeing this many of the companies we work with represented at one of the marine industry's most important events is a milestone for our team — and we are more than excited to be there alongside them.
Karnic Powerboats — From Configurator to a Complete Digital Ecosystem
Our relationship withKarnic Boatsis perhaps one of the clearest examples of how far a 3D configurator can evolve beyond simply presenting a boat online.
Today, Karnic's Studio 3DX system is used throughout itsentire dealer network.
The configurator has become a central source fornew boat orders, replacement parts and communication between customers, dealers and the manufacturer. What began as a way to visuallyconfigure a Karnichas developed into a digital ecosystem supporting multiple stages of the sales and ownership journey.
For us, that is particularly significant because Karnic has spent decades developing an incredibly sophisticated system ofengineering, product development and productionbehind its boats.
The configurator became the digital layer that completes that system, bringing the same level of structure and attention to detail into the way Karnic boats are presented, specified, ordered and supported across its dealer network.
We are proud to see how far the platform has developed together with Karnic and are looking forward to being alongside their team again in Cannes.
B-Craft — A Boat Made to Be Personalised
There are boats where customisation is an extra, and then there are boats like theB-Craft Akoya, where personalisation is an essential part of the product itself.
B-Craft combines performance, versatility and watersports capability with the finish and comfort expected from a premium yacht. The ability to explore colours, finishes and specifications digitally allows prospective owners to begin shaping their own Akoya before stepping aboard, connecting theconfiguratordirectly with B-Craft's highly individual approach to building its boats.
We are looking forward to seeing the B-Craft team in Cannes and continuing to develop the digital experience around such a distinctive product.
Nautimar Marine — Decades of Relationships in International Yachting
Nautimar Marine Marketing Ltd.represents another important side of the marine industry.
For more than three decades, Nautimar has built its reputation through yacht sales, brokerage, industry knowledge and, above all, long-term relationships.
Its presence at the world's major international boat shows has always played an important role in strengthening that network — connecting clients with shipyards, introducing new yachts and providing the expertise required to navigate often complex purchasing decisions.
At Cannes this year, Nautimar will be working alongside its partner brands and arranging private viewings and guided visits for clients. Their 2026 programme includes boats fromInvictus Yacht and Capoforte, alongside the34-metre Van der Valk superyacht Maravi.
Their value goes far beyond presenting boats. It comes from understanding clients, knowing the market and maintaining direct relationships across the industry. We are very happy to haveNautimar Marineamong the companies using Studio 3DX technology and to once again share an international boat show with their team.
Golden Comet Marine — More Than Four Decades in the Marine Industry
We are also excited to haveGolden Comet Marineamong the Studio 3DX clients attending Cannes.
Based in Cyprus but with a reach extending across the Mediterranean and through an international network of partners, Golden Comet has spent more than four decades building relationships between yacht owners, manufacturers and some of the industry's most recognised brands.
Today, Golden Comet represents and supports a portfolio that includes names such asLagoon, Jeanneau, Prestige, Wellcraft, Bayliner and ICE Yachts, combining yacht sales with commissioning, maintenance, management and long-term after-sales support.
Their presence at major international boat shows is about much more than simply attending an exhibition.
These events are where relationships with manufacturers are strengthened, customers discover new models, international networks expand and conversations that may eventually become yacht purchases begin.
It is exactly this connection betweenmanufacturer, representative, dealer and customerthat is particularly important to us at Studio 3DX.
We are looking forward to meeting theGolden Cometteam again in Cannes and seeing that international network come together at the show.
Seanesthisis — Independent Yacht Buying Advice at Cannes
We are also pleased to haveSeanesthisisamong the Studio 3DX clients attending Cannes.
Headquartered in Cyprus and operating through an international yachting network,Seanesthisisbrings more than 12 years of hands-on industry expertise across yacht brokerage, management, new builds and operations.
At Cannes, their team will be present acrossVieux Port and Port Canto, supporting clients looking to purchase their next yacht with independent advice, carefully planned viewings and representation throughout the buying process. Their approach goes beyond presentation, helping buyers evaluate everything from layout and specifications to technical condition, maintenance requirements, operating considerations and long-term value.
Two New Configurators. Two Very Different Directions.
Cannes will also mark the launch oftwo completely new Studio 3DX configurators.
We are keeping the names behind them quiet for just a little longer, but both represent important developments for our platform — and in very different ways.
A Hint of Italian Heritage
The first comes from a boatbuilder shaped bydecades of Italian boatbuilding heritage.
The challenge has been to bring together an extensive model range, equipment catalogue, propulsion choices, colours, materials and pricing within a digital experience that remains simple despite the complexity behind it.
It is one of the most comprehensive marine configuration systems we have developed and feels like a natural digital extension of an unmistakably Italian approach to boat design, engineering and production.
Something We Have Never Presented Before
The second launch takes Studio 3DX in a different direction.
With this project, our focus moved beyond realistic materials and finishes. We wanted to create thefeeling of actually being there.
The yacht on the water. Reflections moving across its surfaces. The warmth of the light. The atmosphere changing as the sun begins to disappear over the horizon.
It represents the highest level of realism we have achieved in a marine configurator so far.
It moves beyond simply showing which material or colour has been selected and begins to communicatewhat it might actually feel like to be on that yacht.
We cannot wait to reveal it in Cannes!
More Than Our Most Represented Show
Having so many Studio 3DX clients and projects present at one international show is something we are extremely proud of.
But Cannes is equally important as an opportunity to meet other boat and yacht manufacturers.
We are looking forward to learning how different teams currently present, configure and sell their boats and to havingconstructive conversations around 3D configurator systems, dealer networks, pricing, ordering and the wider digital sales process.
Some manufacturers need a better way to communicate colours and materials. Others are managing hundreds of options, dependencies and prices. Some want dealers to create quotations and orders directly through the configurator, while others want customers to experience their boats online in a way that comes much closer to the real product.
For us, a 3D configurator is no longer simply a visualisation tool.
It can become the digital connection between theboat, the manufacturer, the dealer and the customer.
Cannes 2026 will be our strongest demonstration of that journey so far.
If your team will be attending the Cannes Yachting Festival and you would like to meet Studio 3DX, send us a message.
We would be happy to arrange a short introduction, visit your stand and have a conversation about what a 3D configurator system could look like for your brand.
See you in Cannes.
